Unfair Dismissal 

Just because you don't have a high income shouldn't prevent you from getting the right advice and help from a specialist solicitor. There is a growing inequality in access to justice based on differences in income. My aim is, in a very small way, to help bring about a more level playing field regardless of income. 

The other reason is, of course, self interest - If I advise you and you wish to take the matter further then I hope you will instruct me to represent you on a no win no fee basis, or a fixed fee basis if you prefer. 

The no win no fee service is as it sounds. You only pay a fee out of any compensation you receive. So, if you receive nothing you pay me nothing. The service is from start to finish. From preparing the claim and submitting it, to preparingn the case, dealing with the  other side, preparing the calculation of the total compensation claimed, preparing witness statements and representing you at any hearings. 

Note - most other solicitors will also require you to pay their costs of representing you at a hearing if the case does not settle. This is typically several thousand pounds. Whereas, I will not charge you this extra cost.
