Transfer of Undertakings - TUPE

Employees have certain rights when the business they work for changes hands ie transfers. You might be working for company X and then find you are being transferred to company Y. 

When this happens you have legal protections. If you are facing such a situation and want some advice about what's happening and whether your employer or the employer you being asked to move to is acting properly, then you are welcome to call me.
